Dungeons in Dragons
A short who’s who among the divine in Toril. What is here is what is generally known but I will add more as the story progresses.
NOTE: Not all druids venerate a god and many simply worship nature itself or swear an oath to protect the natural world.
Auril: The Forstmaiden, the Cold Goddess. The fickle and vain goddess of winter is venerated by druids and people living in cold regions of the world.
Chauntea: The Grain Goddess, the Great Mother. The goddess of life and looks over agriculture, farmers, gardeners, and summer.
Eldath: The Green Goddess, the Mother Guardian of Groves. A lesser goddess, Eldath protects rivers, streams, and druids’ groves; her dogma is pacifistic, and her followers only resort to violence in defense of themselves, of their friends and loved ones, and of pools and groves. She is regarded as a goddess of serenity, comfort, and healing.
Malar: The Beastlord: He is the lesser deity of the hunt, evil lycanthropes, bestial savagery and bloodlust.
Meilikki: Forest Queen. The goddess of autumn, druids, dryads, forests, forest creatures and rangers.
Silvanus: The Forest Father. The god of nature, Silvanus is one of the oldest and most prominent deities in Faerûn, and the wilder counterpart to Chauntea the Earthmother. His worshipers protect places of nature from the encroachment of civilization with vigor and are implacable foes of industrious peoples.
Talos: The Storm Lord. God of storms and destruction. His dogma is self-serving, demanding utter obedience from his priests and instructing them to spread destruction where they might.
Umberlee: The Bitch Queen. The evil goddess of the sea, she is most often worshiped by sailors or people traveling by sea, out of fear of her destructive powers.
Corellon Larethian: The creator of all elves.
Angharradh: Also referred to as the Queen of Arvandor, who was sometimes considered the personification of three separate elven goddesses, Aerdrie Faenya, Hanali Celanil, and Sehanine Moonbow. She is the consort of Corellon.
